BUILT INTO THE CURRENT PROTOTYPE

Less guesswork.
More operational clarity.

The current platform brings six areas of warehouse work together. Availability for your account will be confirmed during onboarding.

01 / INVENTORY

Know where products stand

SKU and product records, images, bins and racks, available and reserved stock, and movement history support a clearer inventory picture.

02 / OPERATIONS

Connect receiving to fulfillment

Receiving, outbound orders, barcode workflows, packing documents, and returns processing keep operational steps linked.

03 / BILLING

See the work behind the cost

Customer billing profiles, service events, storage calculations, and invoice details connect charges to recorded activity. The V1.9 payment-center prototype adds partial-payment requests, payment records, and collection reporting. Stripe workflows have been checked with simulated responses; live payments are not enabled.

04 / RETURNS

Keep the next step clear

Inspection, functional testing, and restocking records help teams manage returned products and their disposition.

05 / SHIPPING

Prepare a connected shipping flow

A Shipping Gateway prototype supports rate comparison, labels, tracking, and shipping cost records. Live provider connections still require setup and validation.

06 / REPORTING

Turn records into useful answers

Inventory, operations, fees and invoicing, shipping, customer, location, and collection reports support filtering, CSV export, and print views.

Fewer unanswered questions

A structured view of stock, locations, and movements.

FULFILLMENT

More connected handoffs

Order and handling records that carry context between steps.

COSTS

Clearer service charges

Recorded work, quantities, and agreed customer rates.

REPORTS

Better-informed planning

Useful operational records to review with your DockCrest team.

PLATFORM STATUS

Built thoughtfully.
Rolled out deliberately.

Implemented in the V1.9 prototype

Inventory and locations, receiving and outbound workflows, returns, customer billing profiles, service events and invoices, bilingual interface, Shipping Gateway demonstrations, a payment-center demonstration, and collection reporting. Demo and test payments are tracked separately from real collections.

Before customer production access

Hosted deployment, authentication and permissions, backup operations, live carrier account validation, production callbacks, and configured business email delivery. Live payments also require a merchant account, secure server configuration, and actual Stripe test-environment validation.

Future connections

Sales-channel integrations, broader carrier coverage, international and multi-package shipping, PayPal, ACH, and bank-settlement connections will be evaluated as the platform develops.
